Here is the latest update on my painting. Not very much progress was made today. I feel I should have got more done.

Here is my painting continued. It is starting to come along now. And now that there are more colours appearing, the blue edging is really starting to look bright.

Here is my painting continued. Some of the edges are bleeding a little, I really need to make sure that I stick my masking tape down properly.

My Painting 26th January (morning)

This is my own painting of a manipulated passion flower. I have an undercoat of acrylic and then I have been using block colours of oil paint to create the image.

here is an image of Anya Gallaccio's sculpture of a bronze tree with ceramic apples hanging. her work focuses on natural decay of organic materials such as flowers and fruit.

Manipulated Passion Flower

Here I have created a drawing using oil pastels and chalks in grey tones, the drawing is from a photograph that I projected from a side view to create a manipulation.
